Marketing Communications / Customer Communications Specialist - Loyalty App (Contract, Hybrid, Reading) - Mobile Telecoms - B2C Join the Marketing team on an exciting mission to grow and engage our customer base We’re looking for a creative marketer to help drive loyalty communications our rewards app. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling customer comms that drive app downloads, user engagement, and offer redemptions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage creative communications for the loyalty app (email, SMS, DM, app). Collaborate with teams (CVM, Marketing, Propositions) to create effective comms strategies. Write clear briefs for in-house creative teams and oversee asset delivery. Use data insights to drive marketing effectiveness and engagement. What We're Looking For: Experience in B2C customer comms / marketing. Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams. Passion for creative, customer-focused marketing. Previous experience working on a loyalty platform will be an advantage This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about driving customer loyalty.
