We're on the hunt for a Peripatetic Manager to join our client, a National provider who operate care homes across the UK. This role will take you across Scotland, managing multiple care homes and making a real difference in the lives of residents.
As a Peripatetic Manager, you'll enjoy a salary up to £55,000. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in social activities with residents, drive new business, and manage a fantastic team. Plus, you'll have the chance to earn a performance bonus based on Care Inspectorate ratings.

As the Peripatetic Manager, your assignments will include:
* Ensuring all homes comply with relevant legislation and registration requirements
* Engaging in leisure and social activities with residents
* Managing the homes to meet business intentions, including budget control and economic viability
* Maintaining a safe, full, and fun environment
* Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff

The ideal Peripatetic Manager will have:
* Previous management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from at least two different care homes
* Excellent operational management experience
* A valid NMC PIN (Preferable)
* A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively, possibly to different regions
