We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Trades Person to join our existing well-respected and innovative property renovation team. We have a strong client base and have developed our business to successfully attract new customers, which is testament to the high-quality service and client satisfaction we consistently deliver.
You will have experience in property maintenance and renovation covering aspects of general joinery, fitting, tiling, plastering, flooring, roofing, and basic plumbing. Initially, you will be working as part of a two-man team most of the time, but the ability to work autonomously is also required.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a positive approach to problem-solving using their own initiative. You will be fully trained and supported within your role to build upon your existing skill set; therefore, it would be ideal for someone who is committed to developing their career and evolving their role within the team.
We have a cohesive team who are driven to deliver results to a high standard. The successful applicant will be reliable, approachable, well-presented, honest, punctual, and friendly. You must hold a Full UK Driving License and be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike. We also welcome new ideas that the successful candidate will bring to our business as we build upon our core foundations.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and pension scheme. You will receive training from accredited providers, and you will be provided with uniform and PPE.
The position is open to applications immediately, and we would encourage interested parties to apply without delay. We will be offering an immediate telephone interview and trial session, with a view to making an offer to the successful candidate for an immediate start. Respectfully, we will also be patient if the right applicant is required to serve a notice period.
