Main responsibilities
Providing a brilliant experience for our customers
* Serve and present beverages quickly and efficiently, meeting standards and specs
* Keep the bar, front-of-house, and toilets clean and tidy at all times
* Stay updated on all products, specials, promotions, and events to enhance customer experience
* Create an epic party atmosphere at all times
* Promote offers on food and drinks
* Check back during food service to ensure satisfaction
* Practice up-selling skills on every sale
* Provide fast, friendly, and charismatic table service
* Fulfill guest requests to ensure comfort, satisfaction, and safety
Maintaining Controls and Standards
* Conduct daily standard audits and report issues
* Adhere to all company policies and local licensing laws
* Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
* Perform security checks and report issues
Contributing ideas to develop an innovative business
* Participate in team meetings
* Follow instructions from management and head office
