We’re looking for a Financial Controller to lead a dynamic finance function, ensuring strong financial management and control. This role is key to shaping our financial strategy, embedding best practices, and driving efficiencies as we expand our impact in digital healthcare.

What You’ll Do
1. Oversee and enhance financial control, policies, and processes.
2. Manage treasury, working capital, and business partnering across teams.
3. Lead the annual audit, statutory accounts, and tax compliance for UK & US operations.
4. Drive the budgeting process and build financial models to support company forecasts.
5. Prepare R&D tax reporting and manage insurance coverage.
6. Support investor relations and board report preparations.
7. Oversee UK & US payroll and benefits tax compliance.
What We’re Looking For
1. Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.
2. Proficiency in IFRS and financial reporting.
3. Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and forecasting skills.
4. Advanced Excel skills and strong financial system knowledge.
5. Proven experience managing a finance team.
Desirable:
1. Experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
2. Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency operations (UK & US exposure a plus!).
