About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, allowing you to tailor your schedule to suit your needs. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools, gaining valuable experience and making a difference in the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
2. Provide support and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and development.
3. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
4. Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management strategies.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with school staff.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience working with primary-aged children is preferred but not essential.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
6. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
