We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics operations team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
We are looking for a talented account manager to join the UK team for the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) division. A successful candidate would play a pivotal role in scaling FBT in the UK to help merchants grow on the platform with their logistics and fulfilment needs. This role will be pivotal in helping raise the visibility and adoption of a new product to a wider set of Merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Engages with Mass Acquisition, Incubation and Marketing teams to help drive campaigns for wider Merchant outreach for active TikTok Shop Merchants, including hosting and participating in webinars/digital events and attending Merchant Meetings with eCommerce team account managers;
- Drive the development of seller education guides and content to help Merchants onboard and adopt FBT, including training merchants via webinars and videos;
- Work cross-functionally with logistics and operations teams to understand Merchant feedback and potential improvement areas, including sharing Merchant feedback (Voice of the Customer) and conducting reviews with Account managers;
- Regularly engage with a limited set of SMB size sellers to provide limited AM support (i.e. helping them to onboard with FBT and create the first inbound order);
- Provide regular updates internally on the progress of leads/funnels and potential trends/forecasts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in a commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Merchant Acquisition, etc.);
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications demonstrating business/Marketing understanding and analytical thinking;
- Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results;
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data/analytical tools;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning, and task management;
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in logistics/fulfillment/retail e-commerce is highly preferred;
- Understanding of supply chain/logistics is highly preferred;
