Your Role
You will be an essential part of the National Pricing Team for Air Logistics. This will entail the responsibilities to create, complete and supply current market competitive pricing elements as well as cover local rate agreements for all globally and locally controlled requests which have been routed into our team.
Your Responsibilities
* Ensure the most competitive UK solution available is presented to all regular and new business.
* Be entrepreneurial and creative in building the best tailored solution to meet the request, which will keep us ahead of the competition by utilising all solutions and resources available to us.
* Communicate regularly with internal senior branch management, carriers, and airlines where applicable.
* Ensure 100% accuracy, customer deliverance, and service is essential on all bids, ensuring we meet the customers’ expectations and deadlines.
* Engage with Air Logistics senior management, Air Industry leaders, trade lane managers, and KN Sales to ensure the best strategic customer solution and competitive tailored offering is provided at all times.
* Record and document all RFQ / TQT / Bids / Tenders that have UK involvement in the RT.
* Collaborate closely with all stakeholders and Global Pricing colleagues.
Your Skills and Experiences
* General logistics or business administration experience, ideally with a key focus on airfreight or pricing.
* Ability to understand and execute new processes efficiently.
* Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Strong affinity with required customer quality standards.
* Ability to work at a fast pace, with efficiency and accuracy.
