Job Title: Payroll Manager – ideally 3 days a week (FTC - minimum 12 months)
Location: Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire / potential for hybrid working

The Role
The Payroll Manager will work across the business and play an integral role in the processing of monthly payroll duties to approximately 220 employees. Reporting to the People Business Partner and working closely with the People team, the role will blend both knowledge of People processes and best practice.
* Processing the monthly payroll for all Office and Operational staff
* Planning and executing the Tax Year End, and start of the new tax year
* Planning and executing P11d’s including filing with the Inland Revenue
* Administration of Company Pension Schemes
* Pension reconciliations
* Reporting on specific requests from the Business
* Prepare and present yearly accounts and reconciliations for the Auditors
* Assist the Finance Team with their monthly Payroll reconciliations
* Ensure all processes are used consistently to ensure quality/skills/legal standards are met
