ERP Business Analyst | Newcastle UK
THE CLIENT
Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing European group of companies specializing in the distribution and conversion of innovative solutions for thermal insulation, high temperature insulation, passive fire protection, and acoustic insulation.
THE ROLE
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will guide the various companies within the group in the implementation and rollout of a uniform ERP solution built on Dynamics 365. You will be the specialist in several supply chain-related functional domains (sales, purchase, inventory, production, planning, inventory, and warehouse management) and will bridge the gap between different actors, guiding local teams through this digital transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate on projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, initially supporting the external partner and later taking the lead in the further rollout of the ERP in various branches.
* Act as the link between business and IT, coordinating with various stakeholders.
* Organize workshops to collect business requirements and elaborate these into a business analysis.
* Analyze and model current business processes in various business units and departments.
* Support the creation of new business processes or improvements of current processes.
* Follow up on project delivery in terms of content and validate whether the results meet expectations.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst.
* Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset, capable of critical thinking, and able to work independently.
* Ownership of tasks with a pragmatic approach to achieving goals.
* Experience documenting processes, preferably using BPMN.
* Experience with D365 is a must.
* Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
* Willingness to travel to various sites.
