It's worth noting that if you have more of an Electrical bias and match our requirements - you'll be in for an interview Experience ✔ Experience in Building Services Management within construction. ✔ Strong background in mechanical or electrical services—consultancy, main contractor, or subcontractor management. ✔ One of the following (or equivalent) qualifications: BTEC in Building Services Engineering / Operations & Maintenance Engineering. HNC / HND in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services. Degree in Building Services Engineering. Job Responsibilities Managing the full lifecycle of Building Services—from design to commissioning. Working with pre-construction teams to align client requirements with technical proposals. Overseeing the design, drawings, and approvals process, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. Making sure projects meet building regs, planning conditions, and third-party accreditations. Integrating M&E systems into construction programmes and execution plans. Monitoring project progress and ensuring specialist contractors deliver on schedule. Supporting commercial teams with contract reviews and valuations. Leading commissioning and training, ensuring systems are validated and building users are fully trained.
