Who you are:
* Have 3 years experience in people management (line management to mid- management level)
* Proven leader with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence
* Target driven and ambitious
* Experience in coaching people with the ability to adapt their style to suit individual needs
* Strong business analytic skills, identifying any issues and taking the necessary action
As the Service Manager:
* You will be a proven leader, with strong team development and communications skills.
* You must be able to coach and motivate the team to exceed sales and financial targets.
* You will have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service
Main Duties
* Exceed the monthly financial net profit target
* Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience
* Managing a workshop manager, 2 workshop controllers, a customer experience manager and customer service advisors
* Responsible for a team of 13 to 15 Technicians.
* Develop and coach a team of up to 30 people - ongoing
* Ensure that your department adheres to our health and safety policy
* Make sure that the main KPI is exceeded
* Maintain an excellent relationship with our manufacturing partners
