A UK market leader based in the Preston area is looking for a lead generator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Your role as Lead generator Working within a tight-knit team, you will be providing support to the sales team in a busy, friendly and professional environment. You will be identifying new and improving existing opportunities for the sales team through online research and the business CRM system. Key Tasks Outbound calling to identify new customers and clarify information Researching and adding new companies to the database. Researching and updating existing customers on the data base. Checking incoming leads and making sure they are assigned correctly. Processing lost-customer data. Archiving and reclassifying records.
