Location: South - East England (2 days a week in office - overnight paid)
* £50,000 - £57,000 Basic Salary

ROLE OVERVIEW:
This NAM role is highly visible within the business and reports directly to the Channel Director. You would be responsible for leading and developing relationships with three of the biggest names in the Wholesale and Convenience channel — Costco, Spar, and Bestway. It's a key role that requires strong commercial acumen, customer management skills, and the ability to drive growth through strategic business planning and execution.

* Focus & be responsible for developing & delivering the ‘On the Go’ opportunity across the forecourt channel
* Develop annual business plans to drive growth
* Understands the financial implications of business recommendations
* Implement agreed promotional plans within defined trade investment budgets
* Evaluate promotional effectiveness to ensure the most efficient use of promotional expenditure
* Translate strategies and tactics to support the companies vision
* Identify business growth opportunities for the business and the customers
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience at National Account Manager level within a branded FMCG business
* Experience & Knowledge of the Wholesale channel in the UK market (RTM,C&C or Foodservice)
* Spar UK experience is desirable but not a necessity
* Ability to build great customer relationships; listens, understands & responds to customers’ needs
* Confident and can develop and present compelling sales presentations.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Experience in delivering results through working in cross-functional teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience
