Sales Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £24-27,000
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9-5pm
My client, based in Basingstoke, is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our friendly team. We seek candidates with strong administration skills and a confident, friendly manner. You must be able to prioritise your workload, enjoy working as part of a team, and also independently.
Daily Duties:
1. Processing orders, raising invoices, general admin and data entry on our e-commerce website.
2. Handling incoming calls from suppliers and customers, assisting and redirecting as required.
3. Processing of orders and customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
4. Scheduling engineer call outs.
5. Updating and maintaining product information on our e-commerce website.
Essential Skills:
1. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
2. Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
4. Previous experience in an office environment.
5. Numerate, literate, and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. Sage 50 Accounting Software experience is beneficial.
