The regional manager for retail stores is a visionary leader responsible for driving exceptional sales revenue across the Greater Manchester & Lancashire area. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for building and coaching high-performing teams and implementing innovative strategies. To be considered for this position, you must have an extensive retail background within a leading brand.
This role is field-based, so you’d have to be comfortable and happy to commute across all of Greater Manchester & Lancashire.
What to expect from the role:
The regional manager will build, coach, and lead high-performing teams while strategically driving exceptional sales and profitability within Pandora owned and operated stores. Global and local brand standards must be executed consistently, commercially, and efficiently. The regional manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and implementing innovative strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. People:
* Lead, inspire and develop your people to build committed and high-performing store managers and teams.
* Promote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with the Pandora Brand Values.
* Champion a positive and flexible work culture, promoting continuous improvement and effective change.
* Develop and invest in talent to create a robust internal talent pipeline and succession plan.
1. Performance and standards:
* Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and store KPIs.
* Coach and lead store managers and teams to maximize sales & profitability.
* Deliver ‘best in class’ customer experience, brand initiatives and operational standards.
2. Partnerships, training and communication:
* Business partner closely with HR, Retail ops, Training and Merchandising.
* Partner with the ‘Sales Training’ team to develop training programmes.
* Facilitate face-to-face training and workshops for store teams.
3. Process, analysis and administration:
* Analyse business performance to identify commercial opportunities.
* Understand industry standards and benchmarks.
* Manage payroll in line with business expectations.

* Extensive store management experience within a large organisation.
* Proven track record in a similar multi-site field management role.

* Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.

* High level of business acumen and experience with strategic planning.
* Data-driven with experience in scheduling and territory management.
