What you’ll be doing Working within the Sales Performance and Operations team you will gain invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the end to end Bentley business; from how we attract customers to the brand, to the final delivery of their car. Working alongside and being mentored by industry experts, you will have the opportunity to gain a core understanding of the automotive industry and the operations of a business in real life. Your main responsibilities include; Collaborate with the Sales Operations Managers to collate and communicate information, data and insight to our sales teams around the world Support the team in the creation of sales performance reports Work alongside the Feature Forecasting Manager to calculate and forecast uptake rates of key vehicle options and manage marketing initiatives to maximize options performance Contribute to continuous improvement projects to develop Bentley sales processes About The Function Our team is responsible for driving the Bentley factory and sales teams around the world in planning and delivering our sales objectives and optimising sales performance. We actively explore opportunities to improve our quality of sale, whilst at the same time maintaining the highest possible customer experience when our customers purchase a new car.
