The purpose of this role is to manage the on-going relationship and operational delivery of services to our client, ensuring SLA’s, KPI’s and budgets are met or exceeded. Excellent leadership and communication skills are key for this role as the successful candidate will be managing approximately 100 colleagues and in constant contact with one of our prestigious clients. Experience of managing Profit & Loss accounts Ability to deliver contractual KPIs through the management of the operational team Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team Experience of recruiting, managing performance reviews and dealing with HR related issues Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage/oversee projects Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and problem solving Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent customer service skills through both written and verbal communication Target Driven Driving license is desirable Knowledge of the Parking industry and legislation is NOT necessary, although a basic understanding prior to interview is expected.
