Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Oversee onboarding, training, and development of staff. Client & Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional recruitment services to clients and candidates. Maintain high standards of candidate care throughout the process. Respond to challenges quickly and professionally while ensuring GDPR compliance. Financial Accountability: Take full responsibility for branch P&L. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets. Support system implementations and resolve operational issues. What You Bring to the Role Proven Leadership: Experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Consultant in recruitment.
