Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen for an Undergraduate Coordinator to join our dynamic team within the Undergraduate Medical Education Department.
This is a full-time post working at both the QMC and City campus' as required to support with medical student placements in the trust.
Main duties of the job
You would be working as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative, to coordinate undergraduate medical student placements within the trust.
The team is a key point of contact for the clinical teaching staff, medical students, and university team in the succinct running of medical student placements.
Duties include organising timetables, delivering welcome talks to students as their administrative support, and organising teaching and patient workshops across the clinical course.
