Planning and Performance Business Officer
Support the strategic planning of the Trust, working within a team of Planning and Performance Business Partners (BPs) within the Strategy, Planning and Performance Directorate.
The focus for the post holder spans several high-profile areas, including the development and delivery of the Trust's Integrated Medium-Term Plan (IMTP), 6 Goals planning and response to Ministerial Priorities.
Main duties of the job
Support various needs, including coordinating reports, papers, and meetings.
The post holder will be expected to provide business support related to both internal and external planning within the organisation and engage with Health Board partners to prepare for key external strategic service changes.
Support key strategic projects and performance-related activities, offering high-quality business support, analysis, and administrative tasks to assist the Planning & Performance Business partner portfolios.
Furthermore, the post holder will contribute to other areas of the organisation by implementing policy practices on projects and programs, ensuring that work streams comply with legislation and align with local guidance.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Knowledge
* Degree or equivalent qualification or professional experience
* High level of understanding of NHS Wales and the role of the Trust
Experience
* Experience of working in an NHS planning and service development environment (or a large complex organisation)
* Experience and evidence of supporting and facilitating planning processes in health and/or social care (or a large complex organisation)
* Experience and evidence of working in partnership with NHS organisations to deliver change and modernisation
* Relevant experience of working in a complex project or programme environment with multiple work streams
* Knowledge of national NHS Wales policies and frameworks
* Experience of performance management in a complex organisation
* Experience of successful team working
