Paid Social Media Manager
Salary – Circa £60,000
Fixed Term Contract until December

A bit about the job:
As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social campaigns that drive sales, build brand awareness, and engage audiences. You will optimise performance marketing activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness through testing, audience targeting, and creative format innovations. Collaborating closely with the wider social media and digital marketing teams, you will integrate paid social strategies with organic initiatives, identify new platform opportunities, and provide insightful reporting to key stakeholders. This role plays a key part in Aviva’s Digital & Paid Marketing strategy, supporting business growth and customer engagement.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, delivering sales and engagement objectives.
2. Proven ability to optimise and manage paid social activity, working with platform partners, media agencies, and creative teams to implement best practices.
3. Experience leveraging first-party data, audience segmentation, and creative testing to drive performance.
4. Strong ability to analyse performance insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
5. Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr is desirable.

* Salary – Circa £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
