Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with challenging behaviour.
2. Provide 1:1 and classroom support, assisting students with their academic progress.
3. Work closely with teachers, fellow Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, and Pastoral Support staff.
4. Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
5. Monitor student progress and engagement.
6. Provide tailored interventions to support student development.
Requirements:
1. Must have an Enhanced DBS.
2. At least 1 year of experience within a similar setting.
