Role overview:
We are looking for an Education & Events Manager to develop the Education strategy for the Commercial Team to drive customer acquisition, conversation and therefore sales growth.
You will be responsible for driving brand love through educating retailer teams, organising events around key promotional periods, engaging with customers on the shop floor and increasing retail sales in key doors across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, train-the-trainer, and sales/brand events for consumers, both in-person and online, to effectively communicate product benefits and drive conversion. Adapting your style, dependant on learning needs.
* Deliver compelling educational materials, power points, videos, and any other useful material that resonate with customers and drive sales.
* To support the execution of the rolling 12-month omnichannel commercial and marketing strategy to deliver on the net and retail sales goals of the brand while ensuring all P&L KPIs are achieved.
* With an eye for detail on stock, merchandising, POS you will ensure all sales KPIs are delivered.
* Build great relationships with the store teams
* To develop and deliver a programme of events in collaboration with the commercial and trade marketing teams
* Assist in executing the customer (trade) marketing plan to our retail partners.
* Ensure timely and on brand execution of all product launches through relevant education models.
* Host Education workshops face to face in all markets. There may be occasions where you are asked to host sessions on Zoom, but typically this is to take place face to face.
* Deliver and update annual master brand training deck and NPD updates to display best in class. Combining product knowledge and advance selling kills
* With the Senior Commercial Manager for the UK align on the training and events needs of the business and annual focus
* Deliver ad hoc tactical educational modules, bespoke brand and product programs and regional workshops to key stakeholders.
* Communicate all information accurately, timely & effectively both externally & internally.
* Seek new and review in store POS in line with brand requirements, promo space windows.
* Always protect the Pai brand image
People
* Work alongside the Commercial & Marketing teams, working in collaboration with the Senior Commercial Managers.
* Establish & maintain relationships with retail partners including beauty floor managers, training managers and sales associates.
Reporting
* Complete weekly reporting as per the Senior Commercial Managers needs
* Ensure that the training diary is kept up to date.
* Share essential sales information a timely manner.
* Follow the company travel and expense policy.
