Overview:\n We’re working with a cutting-edge BioTech company based in Cambridge, focused on using AI and imaging to transform clinical trials for patients with complex diseases. They’re looking for a Clinical Site Manager with experience in imaging studies to join their team.\n This is a hybrid role (up to 4 remote days/week) with lots of flexibility and strong career development opportunities.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nLead site qualification, training, and scanner onboarding activities.\nManage clinical sites through the full project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact.\nPerform imaging QC in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.\nTrack site and project milestones, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.\nSupport project kick-offs, bid defences, and continuous process improvements.\nMaintain compliance with GCP, ISO27001, and relevant data privacy regulations.Experience Required:\n\n2+ years’ experience managing clinical trial sites, ideally within an imaging CRO or Core Imaging Lab.\nStrong understanding of clinical imaging workflows and site coordination.\nUp-to-date GCP certification and familiarity with working under QMS (ISO 9001/13485 desirable).\nExcellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and stakeholder management experience.\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences.Benefits:\n\nCompetitive salary + share options\nFlexible and hybrid working policy\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\nPrivate medical insurance (including pre-existing conditions)\nMedical Cash Plan & Death in Service benefit\nPension scheme\nProfessional development and academic collaboration opportunities\nCo-working space access
