You’ll ensure customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid on time, while handling inquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules with precision and care. Collaboration across departments—production, warehouse, transport, and distribution—will be key to resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You’ll also have the chance to refine and report on sales data, draft sales documentation, and maintain meticulous records in our systems. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What You Will Do Process sales and invoices to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch, invoicing, and payment. Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery times, and order status. Collaborate with production, warehouse, transport, and distribution teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experiences. Perform calculations and compile sales-related statistics and reports as needed. Maintain up-to-date customer records in our databases and track orders, deliveries, and related activities. Draft sales documentation, proposals, contracts, and maintenance agreements as required. Who You Are A detail-oriented professional with experience in order processing, billing, or customer service. Proficient in maintaining accurate records and generating reports in computerized systems. An excellent communicator, capable of managing inquiries and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Organized and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership in delivering quality work.
