First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic Events Management business who are looking to recruit an Technical Senior Account Manager on a permanent basis due to growth.
Collaborating closely with technical and operational counterparts, you’ll weave together proposals that demonstrate your innovation and excellence. Yet, beyond technical prowess, the essence of this role lies in forging enduring relationships. Your ability to foster trust and rapport will be the cornerstone of success, breathing life into existing accounts while pioneering relationships with
new clients.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts.
2. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing creative expertise to develop concepts that enhance their events and help them achieve

4. You will analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
5. Using your leadership abilities, you will manage and guide the account management team
6. You will attend industry functions to strengthen existing relationships and develop new connection
Qualifications and experience:
7. 5 years+ account management in the exhibition/event sector
8. A skilled networker and relationship builder
9. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software
10. Proficient in PowerPoint/KeyNote and Microsoft Office
11. Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
12. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
13. Excellent presentation, sales and negotiation skills
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location: Chessington or Islington
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
