Product Manager - Privacy and Tracking We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing and Generosity Product team. This is a newly created role within the team to own, develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for Privacy and Tracking Technology. What you’ll do Representing the voice of the customer, you’ll prioritise solving genuine customer and business issues and deliver standout experiences for our customers. Represent product in defining and improving processes related to the deployment of tracking technologies, ensuring Privacy and Compliance is at the forefront. Define the longer-term Product Strategy for tracking and privacy technologies, taking into account current trends and industry developments. Perform thorough product discovery to identify and assess opportunities, with associated measures of success defined. Ensure the product team has clear and measurable OKRs that align to business goals and drive incremental improvement of the product. Evangelise a culture of continuous improvement seeking to uplift the standard of how we ‘do’ product management. How you’ll do it Strong knowledge of UK GDPR, PECR, and other relevant UK and EU data protection laws. Experience with cookie consent management (e.g. OneTrust, Cookiebot, TrustArc) and tag management (GTM, Tealium) platforms. Good understanding of web tracking technologies (cookies, tags, trackers) and their impact on privacy compliance. An understanding of the wider Advertising Technology and MarTech space. Previous experience working in a customer-focused Product Management role. Excellent communication skills to articulate vision and engage and collaborate with functions across the business (Product colleagues, Engineering, Design, Data Protection and Operations). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Stay abreast of business and industry trends to build domain knowledge and use it to inform the development of the product and strategy and push boundaries.
