The Role In this role, the Client Experience Advisor will be serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking web-based assistance over the phone, chat, or email. As part of this role, the Client Experience Advisor will: Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. Record events and problems and their resolutions in a ticketing system. Liaise with Client; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams. Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed. Identifying issues through analysing the team’s data. The web-based application will be provided on the UK JLR. About you This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual, who can hit the ground running and has great interpersonal and communications skills. Our ideal Client Experience Advisor will also have: Customer service/call centre experience Experience in troubleshooting web-based issues. Good problem-solving skills and communication skills.
