They are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead and manage one of their residential and nursing homes, ensuring the highest standards of care for their residents. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality care to residents. Oversee staff management, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards, including Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to meet each residents needs and preferences, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. Foster a person-centred approach, ensuring residents receive care that is respectful, compassionate, and effective. Manage the recruitment, training, and development of the care team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Maintain accurate records, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals, ensuring a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. Drive continuous improvements in care quality and contribute to the overall success of the home. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in managing residential and nursing homes, ideally with experience as a Care Home Manager Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations, healthcare standards, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a commitment to providing high-quality support to residents. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
