How you will contribute
In this role you are a central part of our UK team. Your main tasks will include:
* Placing Orders
o Responsibility for placing Customer Orders
o Managing Spare Part levels of local stock held by Engineers
o Responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction through timing response
* Coordinating delivery of contractual maintenance
o Coordinates with service department team to support functions
o Prepare & Send Service Kits
o Order Test Items and any additional items
o Team engagement and positive relationship with overall organization
* Customer Requests
o Quotations
o Raising Technical Tickets
o Track shipments and address any delays
What you will need
* An ability to work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
* An ability to work quickly and accurately and most importantly, deliverance on time
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Following tasks through to completion
* Operational warehouse experience beneficial
* Engineering knowledge beneficial but not essential
* Ability to execute manual handling in a safe manner
