OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ADMIN ASSISTANT
LOCATION: Based in the office near Longfield/ Dartford, Kent. You may be looking for Admin jobs in Kent, Longfield, Meopham, Dartford, Gravesend, Bromley, Swanley, Bromley, Bexley, SE London. Driving licence needed.
SALARY: £24K-£28K basic + benefits, expenses, pension, personal development opportunities.
HOURS: Full Time, Permanent.
As a full time, Office Administration Assistant, you will be working as part of a friendly team, your varied and busy admin duties will include:
* Purchasing office supplies and stationery.
* Providing admin support to managers; managing emails, spreadsheets and reports.
* Handling PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices) and make challenges as necessary.
* Assisting with company fleet management, including vehicle compliance checks.
* Preparing monthly parking and travel reports.
* Processing employee expenses.
* Scanning documents and filing them electronically in the correct folders.
* Supporting office Health and Safety procedures.
* Performing stock control and auditing.
* Inputting data into company systems accurately.
* Assisting the Marketing Manager with social media accounts/ company website.
* Communicating with clients and customers to monitor satisfaction.
You will have a personable telephone manner, good organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and a desire to learn additional skills.
You will be an enthusiastic Admin Assistant with good all-round office administration/ clerical skills, confident in Word, Excel & Outlook, and a basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Previous Fleet Administration/ Document Control knowledge is not a requirement as ongoing training and support will equip you with the skills you need. It is your ability to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team, as well as your positive, hardworking attitude that will contribute towards a fun and rewarding career!
Your background will be in Administrative / Secretarial work. Current / previous Admin jobs or the type of role you’re looking for may include Admin Assistant, Office Admin, Office Manager, Document Controller, Fleet Administrator, Contract Administrator, Admin Support, Administrator, Technical Administrator, Service Administrator, Projects Administrator, Engineering Service Co-ordinator or similar.
