Our client, operating within the rail sector, is currently seeking a PTS Site Manager for a contract position. This role involves overseeing station works and car park projects, with a contract running until Christmas and potential for extension. The position is outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all works on a civils/rail job
Assist with arranging and collecting materials
Manage subcontractors
Attend meetings and toolbox talks
Ensure all groundworks are carried out according to the drawings
Complete timesheets
Liaise with the client to meet their requirements
Complete all site paperwork
Report back to the construction team
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a PTS Civils Site Manager
Current Sentinel Competency
COSS ticket preferred but not essential
SMSTS certification
UK driving licence
