As an Operational Support Grade, you will be part of a close-knit team, working together to maintain order and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Your Role
As an Operational Support Grade, you will be responsible for providing support to our teams, including security and searches, managing deliveries, supervising visitors, and monitoring phone calls and CCTV. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the day-to-day running of the prison is maintained to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge, through our comprehensive training and development programme.
