Enterprise Services Administrator We are looking for an Enterprise Services Administrator to join our IT team in Harrods. You will be responsible for the end-to-end physical, virtual and cloud platforms across Harrods supporting us as we navigate through the next part of our journey. About the Role As the Enterprise Services Administrator will be responsible for taking on the current Harrods IT strategy and driving it to delivery through the creation of the roadmaps, principles, and guiderails, while continuing to evolve the strategy alongside our Infosec and architecture teams to ensure we have a secure and agile infrastructure/cloud platform. This role will be key in delivering our infrastructure transformation over the next 3/5 years and will be responsible for build, support, and delivery of the platform that will be at the core of Harrods IT going forward About You You will ideally be a thorough leader in Infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMWare VCF, Backup/DR)- Azure and window strong experience, knowledge of the others is fine The ideal candidate will have In-depth knowledge of the core platforms with certifications and detailed knowledge around the delivery of Infrastructure Automation and Orchestration. Additionally you will have strong technical knowledge including Microsoft Technologies, Red Hat Linux, Kubernetes, VMWare, Data Centre, Enterprise Networking, WAN/LAN/WLAN, Routing, Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAN optimization, Authentication, Email, System Security Solid understanding of Infrastructure Security, IAM, Cloud Authentication. With the ability to build a consensus and drive and agree technical direction, and the ability to influence and negotiate with strong stakeholder management skills. The role requires taking ownership of incidents, service requests and strong technical problem determination skills to ensure that issues are seen through to resolution in the most efficient way. At all times, the team needs to provide world class service that is tailored to the needs of our IT customers and maintain outstanding attention to detail to ensure that we offer robust & reliable solutions to our end users.
