We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Junior Sous Chef to work in this fabulous 3 AA Rosette restaurant. As the Junior Sous Chef you will be assisting in leading the team in preparing refined British and Irish classic dishes with a Modern European twist using the best quality, season ingredients and working alongside the kitchen team ensuring the highest of standards are kept at all times

The Person
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have the following:
* Experience as a Junior Sous in a Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant
* Must have fresh food, premium dining experience
* Driven, an excellent communicator and true team player is essential
* Professional kitchen experience
* Longevity in previous roles and at Junior Sous Chef level for minimum 1-2 years
* Passionate to progress and learn
