Estimator – Fitout Projects
Optimise by recruitment are recruiting for a leading Hospitality fitout company specialising in delivering high-quality interior solutions for bars, restaurants, retail, and stadia projects. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service, and we are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join our clients team and contribute to the success of there fitout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cost Management and Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, manage project budgets, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective delivery.
* Contract Administration: Review, negotiate, and ensure compliance with contracts, including change orders and variations.
* Procurement and Vendor Management: Source and evaluate suppliers, prepare tender documents, and manage procurement contracts.
* Project Financial Control: Oversee cost reporting, cash flow management, progress payments, and invoicing.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for project risks.
* Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients, attending site meetings and preparing reports.
* Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, maintain project documentation, and assist in preparing final accounts.
