Working for a large real estate property management company with a substantial portfolio of industrial and commercial office space. They have recently employed a well-known Contracts Manager in the commercial office fit-out sector to oversee projects within their own stock and portfolio.
They are looking for a site-based Senior Manager/Project Manager who can work nationwide and lodge away during the week.
The first project is a £1.2m refurbishment in Maidenhead, Kent, which will include a 3-storey office fit-out, cladding, and external groundworks.

* Able to provide detailed work reports to ensure clear visibility of project progress for clients and in-house teams
* Confidence to address and rectify any quality issues with both in-house and subcontracted workmanship
The Role
* Fully responsible for the management of the construction site, including sub-contractors, health and safety of personnel, and quality and workmanship of labor
* Manage various sub-contractors, including steel erectors, builders, fit-out personnel, and joiners
* Implementation of CDM regulations on site to M2K operatives and sub-contractors
* Liaise with a range of professionals, including designers, engineers, and architects
* Design the construction programme to maximize efficiency and ensure completion according to schedule
* Responsible for all document control as an integral part of project management
* Manage all Health and Safety policies and procedures
* Deliver the project on time and to the highest specification
* Implement cost-effective strategies in management
