EXCITING CARE OPPORTUNITY! – EXCELLENT RATES OF PAY AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PROGRESSION!
SV Care are recruiting Senior Residential Support Workers for a brand-new Ofsted registered children’s residential provision within Colchester.
We’re looking to recruit passionate, dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable young people in our society who’ve experienced neglect, abuse and trauma. You will need to be resilient and dedicated enough to manage such behaviours while continuing to provide unconditional care, advice and support.
If this sounds like the career opportunity that you’ve been waiting for, apply today! For an informal chat and more information about this position, please submit your CV via Indeed or send us a message directly.
Previous experience is preferred, but not essential, as extensive induction and training will be provided for all team members. A full, clean UK driving license is also preferred but not essential.
Requirements for DBS and reference checking will be undertaken and paid for by SV Care Services, in line with government regulation and safer recruitment best practices.
