Project Manager - 12 month FTC Chelmsford, Essex £48,000 - £52,000 This is a 12 month FTC for a Public Sector organisation to support them with a business critical systems implementation and rollout. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Financial Management System which is a critical role in modernising the current paper-based expenses process, bringing efficiency and accuracy to the way they manage financial transactions. Sitting within the Finance team, you’ll oversee the full system rollout, ensuring a smooth transition for the business. While finance expertise isn’t essential, experience in system implementation and change management is key. Many of the business employees have used the same process for over 10 years, so this is a big shift for them. Your job will also be to guide the transition, get people on board, and show them the benefits of the new system. You’ll work closely with different teams and departments, making sure everyone has the training and support they need.
