If so, you'll be a great fit with the talented team at our busy 3 AA Rosette Sandemans restaurant. The Sommelier will be responsible for creating and updating the wine list in coordination with Chefs and the Food and Beverage Manager, assisting guests in selecting wine, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the latest trends in wine, and managing our wine inventory. You'll need to be ambitious to maintain our standards, working towards set targets while consistently providing outstanding service. Your remit also includes training other team members, dealing with specialist suppliers, and stock management. What we need from you
