Are you looking for a career within HR? We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join HR team working for a very successful growing business based in Maidenhead. The role will suit someone who is looking for a career within HR and for the right individual will have career progression to HR Advisor in time. The role is to provide a high quality and professional HR support to the company.
* First point of contact for managers on a wide range of HR issues
* Provide first line HR advice and guidance to internal stakeholders
* Support with Employee Relations cases including arranging hearings, putting evidence packs together and minute taking formal meetings
* Support with requests including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed
* Administer variations of contracts including salary and post change letters
* Respond to employment reference requests
* Administer and track right to work checks
* Place recruitment adverts and coordinate with managers to review all applicants
* Responsible for managing various HR related inboxes
* Ensuring all HR tracking sheets and databases are kept up to date
* Managing data contained with the HR system
* General support with HR projects to drive business improvement
The role will suit someone who is looking for a career within HR and either CIPD level 3 or willing to work towards. Excellent communication and organisational skills required.
