The Tenants First Key Worker role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Intervention Key Worker to join us Support families & tenants with multiple and complex needs in order to empower them to make sustainable changes and manage their tenancy. Work with the local community and key partners in order to coordinate packages of support. Key Duties and Responsibilities of our Tenants First Key Worker: To manage a caseload of families & single tenants who fulfil the service criteria and who are at risk of tenancy failure due to their complex needs. To undertake whole family assessments and collate multi-agency information about existing and planned involvement To attend meetings, including child protection conferences, core groups, safeguarding meetings where necessary and contribute towards the development of specific action plans for the families and tenants within your caseload To provide and deliver inclusive intervention packages and to be responsible for the management and monitoring of the specific support plans assigned to your caseload. What we are looking for in our Tenants First Key Worker: Relevant degree or substantial relevant experience of working with children, young people/families, and adults. (i.e. Housing, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Health, Youth Work, Education) Ability and willingness to respond positively and effectively to change and innovation. Awareness and understanding of current legislation and issues regarding anti-social behaviour/adult and children safeguarding.
