Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for Quality Controller to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.\n\nJOB PURPOSE\n\nA shop floor based role to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met and all relevant due diligence documentation is completed accurately.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:\n\n * Ensuring that all paperwork relating to HACCP or food safety procedures are completed correctly.\n\n * To be responsible for checking food safety and food hygiene procedures for all personnel on the factory floor.\n\n * To provide objective reports on issues relating to food safety/ food hygiene issues on the factory floor.\n\n * To be responsible for checking product quality on the factory floor.\n\n * Working in cold environment\n\nSKILLS & ATTRIBUTES\n\n * Good observational skills.\n\n * The ability to pay attention to detail.\n\n * Strong sense of hygiene and housekeeping.\n\n * Good organizational skills with time management.\n\n * Experience of Quality control would be preferred.\n\nShift:\n\nMonday to Friday 8am -4:30pm (40hrs per week)\n\nSALARY\n\nUp to £13.50 per Hour\n\n20 Days Holiday\n\nTEMP - PERM
