Hire Desk Coordinator
WB Power Services is currently recruiting for a Hire Coordinator to work in our head office, in Heanor, Derbyshire. This is a superb opportunity for a Hire Coordinator to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Coordinator to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role
1. Administration of our Hire Desk contracts and our Engineers.
2. Taking internal and external calls in relation to hiring services.
3. Create and control orders and administrate the subsequent works.
4. Assist the team with logistical planning and product delivery.
5. Provide quotes to clients as required.
6. Access and manage client web portals.
7. Working on the company’s bespoke programmes (Training Provided)
The Person
1. Previous Hire/Coordinator experience is desirable
2. Confident with communicating via telephone, face-to-face and email.
3. Competent in using a computer for work.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Resilient and tenacious in approach to work
6. The capability to deal with a variety of customers from different industries
