The Opportunity
Crushing Services International is currently seeking experienced Production Supervisors - Mobile Crushing on a FIFO 8 : 6-7 : 7 and 2 / 1 roster, providing services across various locations and clients in Western Australia. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our mobile operations. You will lead a team of dedicated tradesmen and operators, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality output. Your strategic leadership and hands-on approach will drive productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.

* Supervise and coordinate mobile crushing activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and production targets are met, fostering a committed and cohesive team environment.
* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on mobile crushing equipment.
* Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Ensure all tasks are supervised and tasks are assigned daily to direct reports.
* Lead pre-starts meetings, return-to-work meetings and PSIs.
* Assist with planning, preparation, and completion of maintenance tasks.
What is required?
* 2 years experience in a supervisory / leadership role within a mobile crushing environment.
* Strong operational and technical knowledge of mobile crushing equipment (eg Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey), processes, and maintenance practices.
* Creative problem solving skills and adaptive to change.
* Physically mobile with a good fitness level.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
* Sound understanding of safety regulations and best practices in mining.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and make informed decisions.
* C Class Driver’s License.
