In order to deliver this service, the postholder will require a flexible and innovative approach responsible for the continued development of solutions and processes within a complex and rapidly changing environment to underpin robust; NHS acute contract management, external ICB client relationship management, financial management and delivery, QIPP delivery and Business Intelligence (BI), analytics and reporting. To provide expert and specialist advice on BI solutions, responding to national policy changes, to developing local system governance arrangements, and to place based relationships, identifying and adapting potential opportunities and solutions. Lead responsibility for interpreting national policy and guidance, specifically identifying the impact on pricing mechanisms, and ensuring the team are fully supported to understand, apply and advise on contract changes. The postholder will have a pivotal role in implementing the ICBs strategies to address the healthcare needs and priorities of their associated populations. Business Intelligence team provides analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making. The team contributes to enhancing service quality, patient outcomes, and achieving cost-effectiveness. The Analytics Manager leads the Business Intelligence Team, overseeing the gathering, management, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of information from a wide variety of data sources.
