An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Trusts Healthier Futures Team as Project Coordinator within the Project Management Office (PMO). The role will provide administrative support to the PMO and support a range of project work covering a number of workstreams to include Clinical, Digital, Finance and Legal.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive, quality and confidential administrative service to the Healthier Futures Project Team. A key requirement of the role will be to help organise and co-ordinate workload and activities in conjunction with and supported by the team to ensure that an efficient service is provided. This role requires initiative, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support colleagues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative services, including drafting letters, emails, and coordinating responses with minimal supervision.
• Manage electronic diaries and email accounts, ensuring all required preparations are accurate and available.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships within and outside the Trust to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
• Exercise judgment to handle queries or issues personally or escalate them as needed.
• Produce various documents, including letters, memos, agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Process invoices, ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
• Act as the document controller for all NHP-related documents and correspondence.
• Develop and maintain effective information management systems and monitor delegated work.
• Support the development and maintenance of systems to monitor standards and implement action plans to improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies, procedures, and guidelines.
