SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: Neasden, Brent North West London
Salary: £110 - £150 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join one of our SEND schools. The role would predominantly involve supporting pupils aged 16-25, but the successful candidate will be able to develop their expertise through working across the service as needed as part of our skilled, multi-disciplinary team.
They are looking for an outstanding, innovative, flexible, and compassionate person who is willing and able to engage vulnerable children who have additional needs, in particular SEMH and ASC Needs. The successful applicant will be joining our creative, caring, and enthusiastic team and will receive training to support you in your role and to further develop your professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Have a passion to teach outside of a mainstream environment and a commitment to experience the unique opportunities of a special school.
2. Have a kind, caring, and compassionate nature used to plan and deliver inclusive, fun, and inspiring lessons.
3. Have experience as a HLTA/ HLTA qualification.
