Description
The Social Media Co-Ordinator will support the continued growth of the business, co-ordinating social media content across all platforms. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated, creative, and experienced individual with a unique portfolio and outlook and passion for creating engaging content who is looking to further their career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all content creation and publishing for TikTok and Instagram reels platform, whilst supporting and assisting with the wider Meta, Twitter and Pinterest channels; with a combined reach of 1.2 million followers.
2. Co-ordinate and curate creative asset creation for social media channels utilising available content and in collaboration with in house teams in dynamic and exciting ways.
3. Lead and develop a focus on in house and external short form video content in a variety of concepts, producing engaging and innovative video content for all social media channels in house.
4. Partner with the Head of Creative to develop a social media strategy roadmap across all platforms to ensure fresh, relevant and market leading channels, taking ideas through from generation to planning, scheduling through to execution and review.
5. Oversee and lead the sourcing and communication of a diverse and brand relevant video/TikTok influencer roster and relationships, with a focus on high quality, innovative, and on-trend content.
6. Produce weekly, and monthly reports focusing on channel KPI's and actionable insight with continual progress and Improvements in mind.
7. Own and develop the Disturbia 'voice' across all channels, ensuring our brand values are maintained at all times.
8. Maintain the Social Media platforms at pre-arranged times outside of Mon-Fri working hours.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Ideally, you would have 2 years in a similar position or proven experience of creating engaging content.
2. You should have the knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
3. Demonstrates an understanding of marketing theory and application.
4. Strong experience and understanding of mobile video production for TikTok / Instagram Reels.
5. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
6. Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
7. Highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
8. Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogosphere relevant to the company's field.
9. Effectively communicate information and ideas in written and graphic format.
10. Maintains a basic working knowledge of principles of SEO and Google Analytics.
11. Proficient with Photoshop.
